Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order after it has been submitted, e-mail us as soon as possible at info@internationaljanitorial.com or reach us at our office at (305) 252-8818, or our WhatsApp Line (305) 780-2195. Now, if your order has already been sent to our dispatch department and processed, we will not be able to cancel your order and the return policies would have to be followed.
Due to our commitment to fast shipping and getting your order to you as quickly as possible, we highly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order on a pending status.
Do I need to register in order place orders on your website?
No, it is not an obligation to create an account in order to place an order on our website. You may order as a guest if you like. However, if you create an account, you will be able to view your order history later on, which can make re-ordering much easier.
Do you offer net terms to your customers?
No, At this time we are not able to extend credit to new accounts. Once a relationship has been built between both parties, then a review for credit terms on accounts could be applied.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, but all volume orders should be placed with a sales consultant.
How do I find the supplies I need?
Enter keywords into our search box, located at the top of the page. Also, you may contact our customer service department by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
How do I place an order?
Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button near the product’s picture. Access “View Cart” near to top of the page at any time to edit or preview your order. When you are done shopping and ready to check out, click the “Check Out” button and enter your billing and shipping information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal as payment methods. If this does not work for you, we are also willing to accept checks for an order.
Note: we will not ship out the order until the funds have been received.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy on most items. If you wish to return an order you must contact our customer service department (305) 252-8818 or info@internationaljanitorial.com. Once we receive notification that the warehouse has received your items returned and are in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping fees are not covered by the seller and buyer must pay to return the item.
